Returns:

​

  • Products can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the initial purchase providing you have your receipt and they are still in the same condition. We can not accept returns of any opened items at all.

  • Any return postage costs must be paid by the customer for unwanted items. Items returned due to damage will be covered.

  • Customers are not liable for postage service refunds unless being returned due to damaged goods.

  • Sealed product and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unopened.

  • Any faults within product including but not limited to, error cards, missing cards ect are not liable for return to us. This must be sorted with the manufacturer, we will however provide all the assistance we can.

  • Please contact us if you need to arrange a return.


​Damage:

  • Damaged items can be returned within 14 days of the initial purchase. Once received we will endeavour to replace the damaged item like for like. Failing that a full refund will be given.

  • If items arrive damaged or faulty please photograph them and contact us immediately. Returns cannot be accepted if you open any damaged items.

  • Cosmetically damaged can be returned under the unwanted items clause. Cosmetic damage is defined but not limited as small dents or tears in the cellophane / small dents in tins.

  • Postage cost of any returned items will be covered by us at the same amount as the original shipping value.
     

Cancellations / Order Amendments:

  • You can cancel or amend any order before it has been dispatched, please contact us to do so. If an order needs to be cancelled or amended at very short notice, we recommend calling to ensure that your order is not packed and/or dispatched before changes can be made. Please note that alterations may result in a delay in dispatching your order.

  • If your order has been already been dispatched, please follow our returns process.


Lost / Misrouted orders:

  • Griffins Gaming can not be held responsible for any supplementary costs incurred by a customer caused by a delayed/lost or miss-routed orders.

  • If you have requests/requirements for delivery such as but not limited to 'safe areas' or 'deliver to neighbour' please add these to the notes when ordering. After tracking is provided Griffins Gaming can not be held responsible for and loss of parcels due to the circumstances mentioned here.


Pre-Orders:

  • Please​ be aware that when ordering items that are in-stock along with items for pre order, the order will be shipped together once all items are in stock. If you would like the items shipped sooner please make separate orders.


Accuracy

  • We make every effort to ensure product and pricing information is correct, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the unlikely event that an item has been listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, We may at our own discretion contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
